Creating a quick RFM (recency, frequency, monetary) analysis isn't difficult. Visualizing it for end users is more challenging. And that's where another free "toy" of mine, which I've been using for years, will help you. It's a file with all achievable score values (1-5), segments, and recommended follow-up activity. Numerical RFM segments alone don't tell report readers anything; this way you can easily display segment names and sort them appropriately.
